Remove the 8 screws shown in the picture below. Lift the white portion of the cluster away from the black housing and sit it on its back, it should come away easily (I consider the back the facing you just removed the screws from). You should end up with something like this: Next, you’ll need to split the speedometer portion of the cluster out so you can access the gears.
